中秋節(jié)前一天，董事長李熙帶我們到井隊節(jié)日慰問。慰問結(jié)束，走出板房，大家邊聊邊往停車區(qū)走，一拐彎，一身紅工服的大個子就沖到我們跟前，雙手遞上小紙條，我們每人一張。
“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們看一下，我們有合作的機會嗎？”
我雙手接過小紙條，抬頭看他，紅工服映的臉黝黑油亮，撤回的雙手蒼勁粗實，堅定的眼神中透出真誠，更有些許期待。
“在國外干過嗎？”董事長看了看紙條，
“墨西哥干了七年，項目經(jīng)理”，
“那很好啊，找機會我們聊聊國外項目”，
僅僅20秒的駐足，三兩句話，收著他的小紙條，揮手告別，我們離開井場。
一上車，我們都很感慨，我甚至感到一絲震撼。國企職工，工作穩(wěn)定待遇優(yōu)厚，干好本職工作就行啊。也許，這只是通俗上的理解，舊觀念下的認知。今天，他作為國企職工，放下身段，見縫插針尋求任何一絲推銷展現(xiàn)自己的機會。國企職工尚能如此積極主動、自我突破，我們呢？深刻反思吧！轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，打開思路。工作量不會主動跑到跟前，市場是開拓出來的，信息是交流出來的。穩(wěn)定的企業(yè)平臺，持續(xù)的養(yǎng)家糊口能力，是大家共同的目標，最基本的訴求。可是疫情之下，大環(huán)境堪憂，我們每一個人都務(wù)必動起來，不放過一絲的機遇，艱苦奮斗，自力更生。再大的浪，我們齊心協(xié)力，也終將是那粒厚實的沉淀下來的沙！
回到公司，我聯(lián)系了紙條上的他。他對我說“我本職分管安全和設(shè)備，我自己加了市場……”
人人都是市場開拓者，人人都是公司宣傳者！

In just 20 seconds of conversation and a few sentences exchanged, we accepted his note, waved goodbye, and left the well site.
As soon as we got in the car, we were all very emotional, and I even felt a little shocked. Employees of state-owned enterprises have stable jobs and good remuneration. Just do their jobs well. Maybe this is just a popular understanding, a cognition based on old concepts. Today, as an employee of a state-owned enterprise, he set aside his status and seek any opportunity to promote himself. Employees of state-owned enterprises can still be so proactive and make breakthroughs on their own, but what about us? It's time for deep reflection! Change our mindset and open your mind. Opportunities won't come knocking on our door. The market are to be developed and information is to be exchanged. A stable corporate platform and continued ability to support our families are our common goals and most basic demands. However, under the epidemic situation, the general environment is challenging. Each of us must take actions, miss no opportunity, work hard and be self-reliant. No matter how big the wave is, if we work together, it will eventually become that thick grain of precipitated sand!
Back at the company, I contacted the person on the note. He said to me, "I am in charge of safety and equipment, and I've taken on additional responsibilities in marketing..."
