2017年6月17-19日，新疆石油工程技術服務企業資質認定管理中心委托新疆油聯組織專家評審組，對公司的企業資質及新組建13隊、16隊、19隊的鉆井資質進行了現場檢查、考核打分，最終，公司申請的企業甲級資質和3支鉆井隊伍乙級資質全部通過評審。
新疆油聯為新疆石油工程技術服務企業聯合會的簡稱，是經新疆自治區民政廳批準的社團法人組織，目前擁有會員70家，新疆正通公司為會長單位。
石油工程技術服務企業資質認證管理中心為新疆自治區經信委掛牌認定，克拉瑪依經信委管理的政府機構。
評審專家組分別就注冊資金、人員素質、體系運行情況、管理工作、市場業績等方面對企業進行了評審，就人員、設備、管理制度、安全環保、井控管理等方面對鉆井隊進行了評審。
下一步，新疆石油工程技術服務企業資質認定管理中心將組織專家對評審結果進行復審，符合要求后，將頒發石油工程技術服務企業甲級資質證書和鉆井隊伍乙級資質證書。
