7月11日，新疆油田公司副總經(jīng)理、安全總監(jiān)霍進(jìn)在西部鉆探準(zhǔn)東鉆井公司總經(jīng)理臧傳貞、正通公司董事長(zhǎng)總經(jīng)理李月廷陪同下，到準(zhǔn)鉆70107隊(duì)（正通4隊(duì)）開(kāi)展“送清涼”慰問(wèn)活動(dòng)。
座談會(huì)上，李月廷代表正通公司匯報(bào)了隊(duì)伍情況及MaHW6119井的進(jìn)展情況。同時(shí)，對(duì)瑪湖地區(qū)下一步開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)，建議優(yōu)化鉆井參數(shù)，地質(zhì)和工程相結(jié)合，一井一策。實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆井壓裂一體化、地質(zhì)工程一體化。
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查后，霍進(jìn)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全環(huán)保工作和隊(duì)伍士氣給予高度認(rèn)可和鼓勵(lì)。并就如何克服影響施工進(jìn)度因素，打好瑪湖攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)、提速戰(zhàn)，與在場(chǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部共同進(jìn)行了探討。霍進(jìn)指出，一定要樹(shù)立甲方、乙方一家人的理念，合作共贏。同時(shí)要高度重視和落實(shí)安全環(huán)保工作，做好各生產(chǎn)鏈之間的相互協(xié)作，提高生產(chǎn)速度和質(zhì)量，提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。

Huo Jin，the deputy general manager＆safety Director of Xinjiang Oilfield Company accompanied by Zang Chuanzhen , the general manager of Western Drilling Zhundong drilling company, and Li Yueting ,the General manager of Zheng Tong Company, expressed sympathy for the Zhundong drilling team 70107 (4) ,offering consolation goods on July 11,2018 .
At the symposium, Li Yueting on behalf of the Zheng Tong Company reported the team situation and the progress of MaHW6119 well. At the same time, he referred to the next development and construction of the Ma Lake area, proposing the optimization of drilling parameters, the combination of geology and engineering, a strategy for a well and realizing the integration of drilling and fracturing as well as geology and engineering.
After the on-site inspection, Huo Jin highly recognized and encouraged site safety & environmental protection work and team morale. Besides，he talked about how to overcome some factors affecting the construction progress with leading cadres together to achieve speedy drilling. Huo Jin pointed out that party A and party B must keep on very good terms and have a cordial working relationship. At the same time, we should attach great importance to the implementation of safety and environmental protection work, make good cooperation among all production chains, improve the production speed and quality, and provide better service.
