（通訊員 劉成、馮海福）3月24日正通油氣承接的新疆煤層氣井正式完井，這是正通油氣2024年正式復工以來完成的第一口井，為后續各隊的生產作業起到了表率和模范帶頭作用。
新疆煤層氣井是一口參數直井，此井不僅是正通公司著重觀察井，更是甲方公司重點觀察井隊。經過干部員工的不懈努力，兩支隊伍輪換工作，耗時115天，順利完成甲方公司第一口參數井作業。
此井為典型山前構造井，地質條件復雜，地層壓力高、溫度高，施工風險高、難度大，為趕工期，急甲方之所急，2023年在冬季嚴寒和春節期間，正通油氣干部員工依舊堅持一線進行作業，嚴細生產組織過程，打穩冬季生產“攻堅戰”，確保生產工作穩中求進。
不經一番寒徹骨，哪得梅花撲鼻香。這口井的施工艱辛唯有日夜堅守一線的作業人員才能體會到；此井三開鉆進在寒冷冬季進行作業，寒冷天氣是施工必須直面的考驗，防凍保溫工作是重中之重。在生產組織上，公司要求根據鉆機施工情況，按照節約、實用的原則，認真評估各項保溫措施，做好重點探井、重點區域鉆機保溫工作，提高鍋爐的使用效率。此外還要做好大風降溫、降雪等極端惡劣天氣的預報預警工作，尤其是應急物資儲備，是保障冬季安全生產的堅強后盾。
新疆煤層氣井完井也進一步見證了公司是一支面對困難不退縮，能打“硬戰”的隊伍。此隊員工們說：“我們一路都在克服艱難險阻，這一路走來幸好有公司領導、項目部以及井隊領導們的熱切關懷，是他們鼓勵我們在遇到困難時要沉著冷靜面對。同時也是這一路的困難險阻，也讓我們在一次次挫折中重新站起來，真正得到成長”。
-Completion of Xinjiang Gas of Coalseam Well Undertaken by the Company
(Correspondents Liu Cheng and Feng Haifu) On March 24, the Xinjiang gas of coalseam well undertaken by Zhengtong Oil & Gas was officially completed. This is the first well completed since Zhengtong Oil & Gas officially resumed work in 2024, setting an example and playing a pioneering role for subsequent production operations of various teams.
The Xinjiang gas of coalseam well is a parametric vertical well. This well is not only the key observation well of Zhengtong, but also the key observation well team of the client. Two teams took work shifts with cadres and employees making unremitting efforts. Finally, it took 115 days to successfully complete the operation of client's first parameter well.
This well is a typical piedmont structural well with complex geological conditions, high formation pressure and temperature, and high construction risks and difficulties. To meet the deadline and prioritize the client's schedule, Zhengtong workers stuck to their responsibilities working in the front line, strictly following the production organization process winning the battle of production in winter during the cold winter and the Chinese Lunar New Year, ensuring the production is table yet progressing.
Without a bone-chilling cold, there is no way to enjoy the fragrance of plum blossoms. Only workers who stuck to the front line day and night understood the hardships of construction of this well. The operation of the third spud of the drilling was carried out in the cold winter. Cold weather is a test construction workers must face, thereby making anti-freezing and insulation work the top priority. In terms of production organization, the company required that based on the drilling rig construction conditions and in accordance with the principles of economy and practicality, various insulation measures be carefully evaluated, and drilling rig insulation work in key exploration wells and key areas be performed to improve the efficiency of boilers. In addition, it is necessary to perform work like forecasting and warning of extreme severe weather such as strong winds, temperature drop, and snowfall, especially stocking emergency supplies, which are strong supporting measures to ensure safe production in winter.
The completion of Xinjiang gas of coalseam well further proves that the company is made of teams that do not shrink from difficulties and can fight hard battles. Employees of this team said: “We have been overcoming difficulties and obstacles along the way. Fortunately, we received the care of the company leaders, project department and well team leaders. They encourage us to face difficulties
with a calm attitude. At the same time, it is also the difficulties and obstacles along the way that allow us to rise after each setback and truly grow."
