In order to implement the company's HSE training plan, improve employees' safe operation skills and knowledge on safe production, strengthen employees' safety awareness and willingness, and ensure the smooth start of safe production in 2024, from February 20 to March 25, the company conducted start-up HSE training for 354 people in 10 units and departments.
After the long winter vacation, it is difficult for employees to get back to work in a proper state, which will present hidden dangers for safe production. To help employees get rid of the state of slacking off and return to work with vitality as soon as possible, safety management becomes the priority. Through education and training, employees could quickly return to work, master the safety knowledge and safe operation skills required for their positions, and enhance accident prevention and emergency response capabilities.
This safety education training took the forms of focused lecturing and small classes. The rigorous theoretical knowledge in the training was combined with typical accident cases to analyze client's safety work requirements in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, so that the training content was close to the actual work and effectively helped employees accept. While helping employees to concentrate on work as soon as possible, the training strengthened employees' awareness of safety responsibilities, urged them to develop safe working habits to strictly prevent the occurrence of various accidents and ensure that the company's safety production work get off to a good start.
